What To Expect From ACESO
The Basic Terms Of ACESO
Company

Offering
• ACESO makes available articles in both preemptive and customized manner both of which are offered on a made to order basis.
• ACESO reserves the right to alter and/or adjust articles without notice.
• All articles are designed, produced and serviced by ACESO directly.
• All illustrations are for presentation purposes and may vary in accordance to physical placement and/or digital screen output.
Delivery
• ACESO services the Durban North & surrounding areas directly.
• Areas outside our direct scope are serviced using “Courier Guy” in particular, alternatively, collection of article/articles can be arranged by customer if preferred.
• All ACESO released articles carry an average lead time of 4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
• All articles of a customised nature will carry a relative lead time agreed upon and in accordance with item outline and design.
• Delivery is executed during office/work hours i.e Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm.
*Indoor & Outdoor Suitable
• All ACESO articles are suitable for indoor and outdoor use unless otherwise specified.
• Outdoor use refers to open areas which are undercover or partially exposed.
• Fully exposed / completely open outdoor usage recommends extra care to be taken in the form of regular wipe down and conventional protection i.e dashboard cream.
Returns
• All ACESO articles are covered with a 10 day returns policy in effect with manufacturing defect and/or damage by our cause.
• In the event of a return ACESO will replace and/or repair the issues to house satisfaction.
Privacy
• ACESO collects personal information on the website www.aceso.co.za.
• Personal information includes: name, email address, contact number, physical address and order outline.
• ACESO exclusively uses personal details to facilitate orders.
• ACESO will under no circumstance share any personal information with outside third party.
