• ACESO / ACΞSO designs and manufactures all articles directly with dedicated on-site studio & machine shop.

Offering
• ACESO makes available articles in both preemptive and customized manner both of which are offered on a made to order basis.
• ACESO reserves the right to alter and/or adjust articles without notice.
• All articles are designed, produced and serviced by ACESO directly.
• All illustrations are for presentation purposes and may vary in accordance to physical placement and/or digital screen output.
Delivery
• ACESO services the Durban North & surrounding areas directly.
• Areas outside our direct scope are serviced using selected logistic companies, alternatively, collection of article/articles can be arranged by customer if preferred.
• ACESO Furniture Articles Are Delivered Fully Assembled With Installation Required At Times.
• All ACESO released articles carry an average lead time of 4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
• All articles of a customised nature will carry a relative lead time agreed upon and in accordance with item outline and design.
• Delivery is executed during office/work hours i.e Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm.
Guarantee
• ACESO Articles Carry A 25 Year Guarantee.
• Guarantee Covers Workmanship, Material Integrity, Structural Form & Moving Parts.
• Guarantee Does Not Cover/Include Surface/s Wear Over Time And/Or Damage/Breakage.
Returns
• Due To The Nature Of ACESO Article A Formal Returns Policy Is Not In Effect.
• ACESO Does However Have A Total Satisfaction Policy In Place Seeing Energy Applied Until All Parties Concerned Reach Happiness In The Event Of Any Issue/s.
• Any Issue/s That May Be Present Or Arise Can At Any Time Be Submitted For Resolution i.e ACESO Has An Open Door Policy.
One Off / Single Edition
• Every Officially Released ACESO Article Carries Single Edition Status.
• ACESO Will Under No Circumstance, Directly Or Indirectly, Reproduce Any Officially Released Article/s.
• The Main/Primary Contributing Factor To Single Edition Status Stands Varying Storage Layout Patterns Of Aggregated Aesthetic With Each Rendition Uniquely Arranged.
• Other Fixed Attributes Include: Full Aluminium Substrate As Medium, Main Cosmetic Finish In Alternating Black & White With Accent & Fixture Elements In Prominent Metal Tone/s.
